Lee Zerivitz, SIOR, CCIM, Managing Partner of CITY Commercial, has followed his passion for real estate and perfected his expert analytical skills to build an impressive career. His executive roots began when he co-founded a building services company in 1989 and within a few short years, built it to a multi-million dollar 350+ employee powerhouse. Lee was simultaneously acquiring and selling his own portfolio of commercial real estate. He successfully sold his multi-million dollar company and began to tenaciously pursue commercial real estate, a life-long dream.
Lee continues to post impressive numbers in sales and leasing with transactions totaling over $550M+. Lee holds the two highly coveted commercial designations of SIOR and CCIM. He joins a tightly knit national network where a select group of top CRE Brokers in the U.S. are invited to become members through rigorous examinations and substantial transaction & volume qualifications. Lee’s proven skills of tenant/user/investor analysis, combined with his ability to relate and connect with all types of property owners, has launched CITY Commercial to record numbers.
Lee is a 7x “Office Sector” winner based on dollar volume transactions by CFCAR (Central Florida Commercial Association of Realtors). Lee was also was the recipient of CFCAR’s 2013 “Deal of the Year” award and is the 2017 past president of CFCAR. Lee is also on the board of the Executive Association of Greater Orlando. Lee is a member of the Lake Highland Parents Association.
Lee holds a Bachelors Degree from the University of Florida and resides with his wife and two children in Winter Park, Florida.
