We had a general idea of wanting to own our office building on the fringes of downtown Orlando. Lee took the time to meet with us on multiple occasions to see our space, assess our physical needs and run financial projections. Parking is a key component, especially during tax season, and that was a challenge to find the right fit. After touring multiple properties we found the building that worked for us. Negotiations went on for quite a while to get both parties to an agreeable point. Lee also negotiated with our landlord to gain additional time for some needed improvements, as well as an option to extend our lease in the event we could not strike a deal.
