Oakley Signs and Graphics is the nation’s second largest real estate yard sign supplier. After Oakley moved its production facilities from Orlando to Chicago, we needed a facility to base our administrative and call center side. We engaged Lee’s services to help us find a building that could accomplish our heavy parking needs and conservative budget. His broker to broker relationships was key in finding the right facility. The space took some negotiating to get the parking allotment we required. We were very pleased with Lee’s level of competency throughout our search and negotiation of the lease.
